1. Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you (or the club or organisation you represent) and Duque LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13122478, registered office International House, 12 Constance Street, London, E16 2DQ, United Kingdom), which operates Nuxiv.
By subscribing to or using Nuxiv, you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the service.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a club or company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” means that organisation.
2. What Nuxiv is
Nuxiv is a subscription platform that helps football professionals identify potential signings by combining performance statistics, market valuations, squad context and AI-generated analysis.
3. The critical limitation — please read this one
Nuxiv is decision-support software, not advice. Our rankings, valuations, “fit” scores and AI verdicts are estimates produced from third-party data and statistical models. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
Nuxiv does not provide financial, investment, legal or professional advice, and nothing in the platform is a recommendation to enter into any transfer, contract or transaction. Player valuations are estimates, not appraisals or guarantees of transfer price.
Every signing decision is yours. You are responsible for your own due diligence — including scouting, medicals, contract terms, registration eligibility and compliance with the rules of FIFA, your national association and your league. We are not liable for the outcome of any transfer decision you make.
4. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
- One subscription covers one named user. Don’t share logins — we may suspend accounts that do.
- Tell us promptly at support@nuxiv.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Subscriptions, trial and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
The 3-day trial
New subscribers get a 3-day trial. We collect your card details at sign-up but do not charge you during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and your card is charged for the plan you selected. We will email you before that happens.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — no phone calls, no forms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
Refunds: because you get a free trial to evaluate the service, fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or where we have materially failed to deliver the service. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law if you subscribe as a consumer.
Failed payments and price changes
If a payment fails we may retry it and suspend access until it clears. If we change our prices, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice, and the change will apply from your next renewal — never mid-period.
6. What you may not do
- Scrape, crawl, bulk-export or systematically extract data from the platform.
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute Nuxiv data or outputs as your own product or service.
- Reverse-engineer the platform or attempt to derive our models or source data.
- Share your account, or give access to anyone outside your subscribing organisation.
- Use the service unlawfully, or in breach of FIFA or national association regulations.
- Interfere with the service’s operation or security, or attempt to overload it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund.
7. Intellectual property
Nuxiv, its software, models, design and branding belong to Duque LTD. Your subscription buys a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your own internal scouting purposes for as long as you pay for it. You may use the outputs internally — including in your own reports and board papers — but not republish them as a competing product.
Underlying football data remains the property of its respective providers.
8. Availability
We work to keep Nuxiv available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and we depend on third parties (data providers, hosting, AI models) whose outages may affect us. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on these plans.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that: the service is provided “as is”; we exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, or anticipated savings — including any loss arising from a transfer decision informed by Nuxiv. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.
10. Ending the agreement
You can cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if payment fails, or if we stop offering the service (in which case we will refund any unused prepaid period). On termination, your right to use Nuxiv stops immediately.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email. Continuing to use Nuxiv after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — though if you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
