Data about footballers

Nuxiv processes performance statistics, market valuations, contract dates and career history relating to professional footballers. This information is sourced from public and licensed third-party providers and is processed for the legitimate interest of enabling professional talent assessment within the football industry. We do not process special category data about players (such as health or biometric data), and we do not build profiles of amateur or underage players.

4. Automated decision-making

Nuxiv ranks and recommends players using algorithmic scoring and a generative AI model. These outputs are decision support for professionals, not decisions about you. We do not use automated processing to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about our users within the meaning of Article 22 UK GDPR. Recommendations are advisory; a human always makes the final call.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that help us run the service:

We serve every asset — including country flags — from our own domain. Your browser does not contact any third-party CDN while you use Nuxiv.

6. International transfers

Some processors are outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional safeguards where needed.

7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; port it elsewhere; and withdraw consent at any time.

Email privacy@nuxiv.app and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted and logged. Card data never touches our servers — Stripe handles it, and Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your rights we will notify you and the ICO within 72 hours as the law requires.

10. Children

Nuxiv is a business tool for football professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

If we change this policy materially, we will email you and update the date above before the change takes effect.
